Prep/Line Cook

The Pizza Box, part of the Seventh Son Brewing family, is hiring Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our team at Getaway Brewing in Historic Dublin. We serve up Neapolitan- and Detroit-style pizzas alongside fresh salads, sandwiches, and shareable bites—all designed to pair perfectly with locally brewed beer.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare fresh ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning.

  • Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes.

  • Set up and maintain organized workstations with ingredients and equipment.

  • Ensure consistent presentation and plating before dishes are served.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.

  • Store food and supplies properly and monitor stock levels.

  • Communicate with the Kitchen Manager about inventory and needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of cooking/food prep experience (required).

  • Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

  • Familiarity with food safety practices (ServSafe certification required).

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

  • Culinary school training is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Pay

  • Pay: $18–24/hour + tips

  • Hours: 15–40 per week

  • Shifts: Day & evening, flexible scheduling available

  • Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
